Notes:
These are big cabins and could be easily shared. They are located 12km from the field,north of Squamish. Lovely location on a river. Dogs very welcome.

Notes:
Located in downtown Squamish. This is an older motel but is clean and located beside a park. Their usual pet charge has been waived for this event so make sure to mention the "whippet event" when you make your reservation!

Notes:
The Mountain Retreat Hotel is located just down the street from Tim Horton's/Wendy's, facing the highway, and is the closest accommodation to the racing venue. However, the rooms are on the second floor.

They are giving us a reduced rate and waiving the pet fee. Our group rate is $84.00CAN per night; you must phone 1-866-686-7387 & mention the whippet group to get the rate.
* You cannot reserve online for the group rate.
* Also, you must reserve by 12 August to get the group rate.
Each room has 2 queen beds and a fridge. All rooms reserved are non smoking but this floor and wing has smoking rooms, so they can be requested.
